    Unify services and hosts API
    
    Update requests accept wrapped entities (i.e.,
    {"host":{...}} instead of {...}). All returned entities
    are wrapped in the same way. This 'wrapping' behavour is
    used in other parts of Nova API.
    
    Host power actions are now POST, not GET, because they
    change host state.
    
    Also, several typos are fixed.
