    require password for novnc access
    
    Enables password protection for vnc consoles. This is to avoid
    a defect where users can connect to the console of the wrong
    instance. This change requires the user to type in the uuid
    of the instance they are trying to connect to. This prevents
    the situation from occuring. This functionality can be enabled
    by setting the vnc_require_instance_uuid_as_password in nova.conf
