We do not remove anything from stable/havana - we only backport. So,
just leave it as is

Upon further investigation, we do not need to change anything on the
publishing job, the following patch should be all you need:

what's missing is a patch to the various index.html files to add a link
to the training-guides. I'll do this as a followup later, let's get
first the patch above merged and test that it really does what we expect
it to do.
