Easy to do, I can make the changes and agree this is the best way forward.

I just wonder about the "associate training guide" - do you want to
publish all guides or just the single one?

I propose to publish all of them - and say in the introduction some
words about the state of the guides - enhancing the "OpenStack Training
Guides Are Under Construction" section,
