Nermina and myself discussed during the review how to refernce to the
appendix, she proposed " I would put a brief note about this appendix in
each chapter that discusses individual service configuration.".
I don't think there should be a reference in each chapter, I consider
this appendix something that only a few users will need and thus we do
not need to point repeatedly to it.
What do you think? I suggest to handle this issue as a followup-patch.
