As always Anne, you've done the correct thing :)

Since we changed the DocImpact bugs to only be created on patch merge, 
there's only one "action" - so no potential for the conflict scenarios 
we had before.

When moving, you could also set them to confirmed, assign a priority, 
and tag them with "IceHouse" since they'll have already been merged.

In the medium-to-long term, it was in the back of my mind to find a way 
to do the move automagically (or not need the move). However, I've yet 
to find a reasonable way to implement it short of introducing a new tag 
(eg APIImpact), and such a tag would require education and due to the 
name likely a greater conversation about API stability.
