Open Stack

I wrote a simple script to grep for files that are not used inside the
manuals at all. I've send already some patches for review for those
files where it was clear why they were unused. Still, there are a some
of files where I didn't figure out why they are unused.

Should I file a single bug for all of these? Or separate ones?
