Open Stack

Looking into a bug report, I see that the block storage guide at
http://docs.openstack.org/trunk/openstack-block-storage/admin/content/index.html
looks different than my local build:

For example there's no title page on docs.o.o and also some links are
broken. Is some Jenkins job not running for the Block Storage Admin
Guide? Could somebody double check that its build properly, please?
