[Openstack-docs] What's Up Doc? Aug 14, 2013

Hi, Anne, Common's Getting Started section is nearly done. All of the text
has been updated and reviewed. We've updated one of the two architecture
graphics, and the second one will be going in soon. Please let me know if I
can update another section in the same manner. Thanks! - Nermina
