[Openstack-docs] Update docs project meeting frequency?

Hi all,

Currently the documentation team meet on the second Tuesday of every month [1], so there are effectively ~6 meetings in a release cycle. During today's meeting I suggested that perhaps this was not enough given the growing breadth of the documentation program and the number of contributors now involved.

In particular at the last two monthly meetings we have had a lot of engaged participants and the meetings have run over the allocated hour because of the combination of this with the amount of topics we have to cover (this is definitely a good problem to have!). I also think meeting more often also gives new or less engaged contributors more opportunities to attend.

I'd like to propose that we move to meeting fortnightly (every two weeks). Many other OpenStack projects meet weekly but I think switching gears straight from monthly to weekly would be too much, at least initially. I'd be interested in hearing the thoughts of others however. Please respond indicating whether you would prefer to:

a) Move to meeting weekly.

b) Move to meeting fortnightly.

c) Stay with meeting monthly.

As above my initial vote is for (b).

Thanks!

Steve
