[Openstack-docs] Monthly meeting - time change?

Indeed, I'd love to start getting to meetings :)

My guess is that the next meeting will be US Monday 12th November? If 
that's the case, conveniently I will be in Japan at that time. So UTC+9 
means next months' meeting will work for me at the times suggested by Daisy.

Regarding times when I can't randomly be in other countries for the 
meeting: we've just ticked over daylight savings time on the east coast 
of Australia here - being UTC+11. So in that case, I think a 
midnight-1am meeting is OK (option #1) - then perhaps it can revert to 
11pm - midnight after summer time ends here in March? There is a three 
week period (March 11- April 1) in which US, EU and AU daylight savings 
stop/starts to be aware of as well :)
