Open Stack

Hi all -
I've been debugging the Install and Deploy Ubuntu (and RHEL) builds
with the CI team in openstack-infra all morning, and while we've got
the RHEL one back in shape, the Ubuntu one is still not building
cleanly from the master branch.

Keep pushing through reviews -- just wanted to let you know we're
working together to resolve the build problem.
