Ok, I've submitted two patchsets that should fix the problem with
missing xml:id on all sections (the new MooseFS sections were missing
some IDs.)

As always, be sure the guide builds for you locally when doing a
review. I know it's tough to know which errors are real, though. So I
do want to make sure you all know that we are working on getting rid
of the mostly meaningless "Failed to load image:" errors by updating
the tool to check for figures correctly.  That could be in the next
release of the clouddocs-maven plugin. We are at 1.4.0 now, possibly
the image improvements could be in a new release as soon as 3 weeks
from now.
