<div>Just to say a couple of words regarding  ` object of type 'PosixPath'<br>
has no len()` issue.<br>

This one is caused by the release of Sphinx 7.2.0 and the issue<br>
happens in openstackdocstheme. The project itself has been patched [1]<br>
to overcome the issue, but likely needs to be released for new version<br>
to be consumed.<br>
However, the issue itself won't happen if upper-constraints would be<br>
used for docs and releasenotes jobs. As in u-c Sphinx is constrained<br>
to the version 4.5.0. So there is an immediate fix available, which is<br>
to add smth like<br>
`-c{env:TOX_CONSTRAINTS_FILE:<a href="https://releases.openstack.org/constraints/upper/master%7D" target="_blank">https://releases.openstack.org/constraints/upper/master}`</a><br>
to the deps option of tox.ini file for [docs] and [releasenotes]<br>
sections.<br>
