<br /><p style="margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0;margin-left:0;margin-right:0;">Thx Takashi. I just opened LP <a href="https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/2015844">https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/2015844</a> for Neutron. We are using it only in windows ip_lib module so it's not really critical thing for us but indeed would be great to remove that dependency from Neutron.</p>
