Due to the recent update of gnupg2 package for CentOS Stream 9 to the
version 2.3.3-3, a lot of repositories, including BaseOS and NFV, are
failing to pass GPG check [1]. This affects all latest images,
including container and cloud ones. At the moment, images used in Zuul
are not affected, but this might change with the next periodic rebuild
unless the related BZ report is fixed.
Explicit execution of `rpm --import` can be used as a temporary workaround.
