<br>Yadnesh ramped up pretty quickly in the Telemetry project space and
<br>helped with fixing the gate, but also proposed enhancements and fixes
<br>for ceilometer, aodh and the clients.

<br>He provided good and helpful reviews, and if I don't hear any voices
<br>against it, I'd promote him to core in 7 days.
