<div dir="ltr">There used to be <a href="http://ask.openstack.org">ask.openstack.org</a>, but since nobody maintained the website, it became unreliable and was eventually disbanded. At the time, we were encouraged to ask questions at <a href="http://superuser.com">superuser.com</a> and, in case it's related to programming, <a href="http://stackoverflow.com">stackoverflow.com</a>.
