issues with barbican-api logging with syslog. </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US">I have
configured rsyslog for barbican service and want to write the logs on remote
host based on %programname properties, </span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US">But I
observed that the barbican-api app-name is not set ,so by default it's logging into
loadwsgi.py.log .</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin:0cm;font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="EN-US">Is there any
