I am quite new to Openstack and faced some issues with creating instances and displaying created containers on my Openstack dashboard. I am currently working on multinode Openstack. I am hoping to get some helps and feedbacks about this. I will briefly go through

When I created an instances on my dashboard, it directly went into error state. I have attached a screenshot as shown below.</div>

When I created a container using both cli and dashboard, two containers were running. However, when I tried to look into my dashboard, those containers were not shown.

However, when i try to open my dashboard and look for them, they just don't appear on it. So I am not sure what is causing this.
