openstack backup volume - error with rootwrap

hi,
 what do you mean for c-vol? it you mean cinder volumes, yes they work fine.
and don't understand how kolla can be a problem, rootwrap is and openstack
"standard" tool.
for what i can see, the problem is that cinder-backup starts, create the
volume to backup (i can see it briefly on the storage, nfs share) THEN
suddlenly it is removed AND that error appears.
