[cinder-backup][ceph] cinder-backup support of incremental backup with ceph backend

Thank you Masayuki,
Are there any API for ceph which I can use to get real usage from ceph
directly related to incremental backup usage? Do I need to configure RGW
service to obtain that level of information from ceph using API?
