[osprofiler][rally][openstack] Using osprofiler/rally directly on production Openstack system

It seems they might have been moved here?
https://github.com/openstack/rally-openstack/tree/master/samples/tasks/scenarios/nova.

If so, the rally documentation needs to be updated ..
