All the logs, except for these ones, can appear under normal circumstances
and do not indicate any real issues on their own.  I'm not sure what is
connecting to a local ovsdb-server from the localhost via TCP.  It's not OVN.
Maybe some OpenStack component?  In any case, this doesn't seem related to
the core OVN itself.
