[heat] Nested template

just adding the [heat] tag to the subject line.

im not sure if HOT support arbairty nestign of templates but perhaps it does 
is this what you are looking for https://github.com/syseleven/heat-examples/blob/master/substacks/masterstack.yaml
embeding multiple substack into one larger stack?
