Octavia does not work properly.

Hi Gopal,

What deployment method are you using?

My first guess is that the HTTP server/proxy that handles the API endpoints
is broken, can you check the logs there?

You mention that disabling the octavia health manager fixes the issue. Do
you mean that the other projects (like Nova) work fine when the health
manager is disabled but don't work when it is enabled?
