Just to say a couple of words regarding  ` object of type 'PosixPath'
has no len()` issue.

This one is caused by the release of Sphinx 7.2.0 and the issue
happens in openstackdocstheme. The project itself has been patched [1]
to overcome the issue, but likely needs to be released for new version
to be consumed.
However, the issue itself won't happen if upper-constraints would be
used for docs and releasenotes jobs. As in u-c Sphinx is constrained
to the version 4.5.0. So there is an immediate fix available, which is
to add smth like
`-c{env:TOX_CONSTRAINTS_FILE:https://releases.openstack.org/constraints/upper/master}`
to the deps option of tox.ini file for [docs] and [releasenotes]
sections.
