Hello Argonauts,

As discussed in today's upstream meeting[1], we are planning to merge the
midcycle-2 and festival of XS reviews events.

The idea is to target os-brick patches and feature reviews as those are the
major upcoming deadlines.
Apart from that, we will have our usual etherpad:
