Hi Adivya,

I assume there might be several things there.

First of all, is the NFS mount configured in a way that will allow
glance in different control nodes to access the same image?
Then, when you're restarting glance, do you see any error in the logs?
As I would assume that Glance should error out/disable filestore on
it's startup with providing a reason for that.

Also what do you have in `enabled_backends` under [DEFAULT] section of
glance-api.conf and for default_backend under [glance_store] section?
