Hi everyone,

I am reaching out to find interested parties to maintain the OpenStack
Monasca project.
At the moment there is no PTL candidate for the next cycle (2023.2),
and it is on the leaderless project list [1]. In case there are no
interested parties to lead this project, TC might take the decision to
retire it.

If you're interested to help out with the project maintenance to keep
it alive, please kindly reach out to TC either by replying to this
email or joining us on IRC OFTC network in #openstack-tc channel.
