[Cinder][Nova]Zombie process prevention for Cinder and Nova APIs

Hi all,

I'm still working on this issue, and here are the logs of this.
Sending a request from Keystone to the Nova API, such as 'openstack server list', will result in the following error regardless of the timeout occurring:

Does someone can kindly help me to solve the issue or give me some clues like parameter changes that can be expected to be effective?
