Open Stack

Hi,

you don't give us much to work on.
Which versions are you using? Did it work before and now stopped or  
has it never worked? This message can have multiple different root  
causes, e. g. flavors with numa that are not applicable, neutron  
services not reachable, etc. What's in the neutron logs? Are all  
agents up and running ('openstack network agent list')? What else have  
you tried so far?
