[kolla-ansible]Reset Configuration

Thanks for your help Erik.
All is fine with NTP.
Exactly the same result with " docker exec -it rabbitmq rabbitmqctl cluster_status"  on the 2 nodes.

I Will try this:

> Then kolla-ansible --tags rabbitmq deploy
