Hello,
I imagine it is fixed by
https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/kolla/+/843644 which merged a couple
of days ago.
In general, I advise to use the latest stable branch commit (e.g.
stable/yoga) rather than a tagged version such as 14.0.0.
Due to the many dependencies of Kolla container images, past releases are
often broken.
