[puppet] Proposing core team clean up

Thanks Tobias for your feedback here.
I also had a chat with Alex and he agreed with the cleanup.

As we have heard no objections but only positive feedback for a week,
I've made the change.

I'd like to thank these people again for their past work in this project !
