Hello Ironicers and Stackers!

In our weekly meeting we decided to go with
*Option #3*
*16hrs Monday till Thursday*
--> 3hrs (EMEA afternoon + NA morning)
--> 1hr (NA afternoon/night + APAC morning)

On Monday it will be a bit complicated for me to have 3hrs of sessions for
EMEA/America, there is TC+PTL interaction from 14-16 UTC.
Here are my proposals, and feel free to provide other new formats!

*A.*
Monday:  16:00 - 17:00 UTC and 21:00 - 22:00 UTC
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday: 14:00 - 17:00 UTC  and 21:00 - 22:00 UTC
Friday: 14:00 - 16:00 UTC (in case we need the two hours from monday)

*B.*
Monday:  15:30 - 18:30 UTC and 21:00 - 22:00 UTC (Not 100% sure if we can
start/finish things half-past an hour)
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday: 14:00 - 17:00 UTC  and 21:00 - 22:00 UTC

*C.*
Monday:  14:00 - 17:00 UTC and 21:00 - 22:00 UTC
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday: 14:00 - 17:00 UTC  and 21:00 - 22:00 UTC

*D.*
Monday:  16:00 - 18:00 UTC and 21:00 - 22:00 UTC
Tuesday Wednesday Thursday: 14:00 - 17:00 UTC  and 21:00 - 22:00 UTC (We
can add the missing one hour in one of the days and have 14:00 - 18:00 UTC)

Please share your thoughts in this thread or in the #openstack-ironic
channel on OFTC =)

Thank you!
