Open Stack

Hi there,

I'm wondering if the python-tempestconf team is open to publishing
Docker images that contain `python-tempestconf`.  This is something
that we have a need for downstream but we'd be happy to contribute
upstream.

The main thing is that we'd need to setup an organization on Docker
hub to publish things to.  Is that something that the team is
interested in?  We can contribute it if that is the case.
