Hi James,

Both are awesome but option 2 is more awesome (GMail suggested
"aesthetically pleasing" and I agree).
Non-overlapping variant feels more "in order", i.e., there is some
structure to what is offered and the pieces fit together (as opposed
to being randomly scattered).
