[ops] Migration from CentOS streams to Ubuntu and fast forward updates

Thanks for your feedback

I missed to say that during the fast forward update,  all OpenStack
services would be down
So, during the db-syncs on the first controller, all services on the second
controller (but also on the compute nodes) would be down

The update of nova and neutron on the compute nodes would be done in the
step:

 "Update of the compute nodes from Ubuntu 20.04 Ussuri to Ubuntu 22.04 Yoga
(update OpenStack and Ubuntu packages)"
