Any ideas welcome, Kolla-ansible Ussuri deployment. Have some projects that are using virtual routers that are in HA setup that are constantly flapping (flipping between one neutron node to another) causing disconnects. This only happens in SOME projects, other projects with HA routers are working as intended. This only affects HA router deployments, non HA routers work as intended no matter the neutron node they are on. Have verified that each virtual router can reach the external network gateway while it is on each of the neutron nodes.
