Hi cinder team,
we have the issue, that doing backups of big volumes (5TB) fails and
cinder-backup get oom killed.
Looks like cinder-backup is allocating memory but didn't release it
correctly.
Badly we are still using cinder queens. Is this a known issue and fixed
in newer releases or should I create a bug report?
We found a similar bug [1] with backup restore, that got fixed. I guess
something like this is also needed for backup create.
Thanks for you help
Stefan
