we are starting a new bug deputy rotation (new dates available as usual at

Skipping invalid/duplicate bugs, this was relatively quiet, most bugs have

  pyroute2 issue with newer versions,

master (dependency will be added to pyroute2 directly soon)

* "test_reserve_provider_segment_without_physical_network" failing randomly

  After a migration from queens, controllers go OOM with HA routers
"Respawning ip_monitor" logs
  Mentioned env was cleaned, we may get more information on next env update
