Hi, At the Xena PTG [1] we discussed changing the early phases of our release process to provide more stability while developing features for Kolla projects. We also agreed to firm up timing and improve documentation around some of the steps of the release process nearer to the release. I have drafted a new release process/schedule [2] based on these ideas. Please share your comments, thoughts and concerns either here or in the Etherpad.
