[Nova] Meeting time poll

I'm going to leave the poll up for a few more days, but it looks like
Tuesdays 15:00 - 16:00 UTC or 16:00 - 17:00 are the leading options.
If there are no objections before our next IRC meeting on the 20th of
May, could we pick a time between these two and make the change
official?
