Rocky Linux for Openstack

In theory the RDO instructions should work but as mentioned there may be
libraries or other packages where the versions on the Operating System
level may vary and causee an issue.
Rocky Linux can work with the Docs SiG if someone would like to provide
instructions specifically for installing OpenStack on Rocky Linux and if
they would like to contribute beyond that, including testing on that
platform, the RPM Packaging SiG might be the right place to start those
conversations.
RDO meets Wednesdays at 14:00 UTC in the #RDO channel on Freenode just add
an agenda item[0] if you'd like to learn more on that front.
Thanks,
Amy (spotz)
