Hi, Based on the screenshots ovsdb and libvirt seems to be unable to connect to ovsdb. I would check if configuration for ovsdb connection (like ovsdb_connection for neutron), and it is really possible to use those addresses to connect manually to ovsdb. Not sure if Openstack stein supported/tested together with neon ODL, I can't find the page where these are listed.
