What we completed this week: ========================= * Added 'vulnerability:managed' tag for os-brick[1]. * Replaced the ATC (Active Technical Contributors) terminology with AC (Active Contributors). ** TC resolution is also merged [2]. 2. Activities In progress: ================== TC Tracker for Xena cycle ------------------------------ TC is using the etherpad[4] for Xena cycle working item. We will be checking and updating the status biweekly in the same etherpad. Open Reviews ----------------- * One open review for ongoing activities[5]. Migration from Freenode to OFTC ----------------------------------------- * All the required work for this migration is tracked in this etherpad[6] * Today we are changing the Freenode channels Topic about this migration. * We are in 'Communicate with community' work where all projects need to update all contributor doc etc. Please finish this in your project and mark the progress in etherpad[6]. * This migration has been published in Open Infra newsletter OpenStack's news also[8]. 'Y' release naming process ------------------------------- * Y release naming nomination is closed now. I have started the CIVS poll with TC members as the electorate. Retiring devstack-gate -------------------------- * As communicated over email, we are finally retiring the devstack-gate. It will keep supporting the stable branch until stable/wallaby goes to EOL[9]. The governance patch for officially retirement is also up[10] Updating project-team-guide for the meeting channel preference ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- * As communicated over email during migration to OFTC, we are adding the meeting channel preference to project own channel in project team guide[11] Test support for TLS default: ---------------------------------- Rico has started a separate email thread over testing with tls-proxy enabled[12], we encourage projects to participate in that testing and help to enable the tls-proxy in gate testing. 4.
