as it caused troubles with the refstack server - it wasn't able to retrieve the guidelines.

location everywhere - I suspect that some changes in refstack-ui are needed as well, ah

I expect that all old guidelines will move into directory “previous”.
I just sync my master to latest and still see old guidelines on top level directory.
Any idea why?
