[all] CI test result table in the new gerrit review UI

Hi, all
Thanks a lot for the plugin, and I'd like to suggest a little improvement.
It's difficult for me to match job names and results with times because
their columns are far from each other. I submitted a change[1] that should
make it closer to each other (like old-style that we had before). The
example how it'd look you can see here: https://imgur.com/5onUpHX
Would appreciate your opinion and review
