General Information

The following cycle-with-intermediary deliverables have not done any
intermediary release yet during this cycle. The cycle-with-rc release
model is more suited for deliverables that plan to be released only once
per cycle. To start the discussion, we have proposed changes[1] that
update  the release model for the following deliverables:

PTLs and release liaisons for each of those deliverables can either +1
the release model change, or -1 the change if they expect a release soon.

We also published a proposed release schedule for the upcoming
Xena cycle:

Unless new comments are posted on that review that make us reconsider,
we will approve this Xena release schedule by February 18.

   - Wallaby-3 milestone:  11 March, 2021 (R-5 week)

   - Oslo Feature Freeze: 25 February, 2021 (R-7)
